1. Return Eligibility & Period
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.
After 7 days, returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Products showing signs of use, wear, or customer-caused damage

within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the return.
You are responsible for arranging the return shipment.
All return shipping costs, including the label, are the customer’s responsibility.
Ship the item back to the address provided after contacting us.
Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping costs (both original delivery and return shipping) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will provide further instructions.
